GamesPress.com, a major PR resource hub for the games industry, has listed a PC and PS3 version of the newly announced Metal Gear Solid: Rising.  The game was previously announced at Microsoft's E3 press conference, and confusion errupted when Konami representives refused to either confirm or deny whether or not the title was exclusive to the platform.  As always, until Konami confirms it, treat this as a rumor.

Metal Gear Solid: Rising is a 'lightning action game' developed by Konami's internal studio, Kojima Productions.  The game centers around Raiden.  No release date has been announced, and platforms have yet to be finalized.
