Recently Konami posted a survey on their Facebook page asking fans of the series to give them some opinions regarding the direction the Metal Gear Series should take. Questions vary from which Metal Gear games you've played, and which platforms you play games on. However, the bulk of the questions seem to relate specifically to Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

There are several questions that would be interesting to Metal Gear Solid fans. Among them is which hardware you would like to play the next Metal Gear game on, why you liked Peace Walker etc. One of the answers that stands out comes from the choices for the penultimate question, which reads:

"To be able to play the game on a console system"
