I couldn't think of a good enough pun to put in the title, meh.
Well, it turns out the Game in town DID have a Wii in stock, so my dad got 2 for me and my cous'. AND my brother (still thinking, like me, that I wouldn't get one) offered to give his to me for christmas, and wait foir mine (how nice).
Anyway Happy christmas all, and I hope you enjoy it. (I got wii play, red steel and COD3) wii sports (golf) is awesome.

Oh yes, I'll write it down and edit my post to include it (i'm typing all of this with the Wii by the way) Opera browser rocks! Here it is: 4762 9762 3914 4941 What's everyone else's ??? come on post!
On a side note, the Wii's online features don't seem to be activated, apart from the Opera browser, weather and a few old sega games. I think we have to wait a few months for any more.

Does anyone have any questions about the Wii or it's general experience?

I don't quite get what you mean, as most TVs nowadays have a volume control, but some games are loud (COD 3) and some quiet (like wii sports golf). The speaker built into the Wiimote is also adjustable (to the point of being silent or really loud).
But you may have been talking about the Wii itself, it which case it's relatively quiet, although on some games it does click and wirr a bit when loading the disk (but other than that whisper quiet).
Does anyone have questions about the games I got? (COD 3, Wii play, Wii sports and Red Steel).

It's a little hard to get used to at first. I'll admit that, but after that it's pretty great for a launch title. The sword fights can be a little hard at times, but it just seems like people are whining a little too much, it's fine.
I also bought Rayman: Raving Rabbids today (its $80 in our messed up system).

Yes it is, some bits are annoying with the Wiimote, but it's fun, none-the-less. It lacks in substance though (woah rayman game? substance? nah..)
