does anybody else find that the wii remotes vibrating motor and speaker are a bit "cheap", they havn't even put 2 size motors in for different kinds of vibrations.

Does't really matter too me, puttiong in 2 motors would just make it big and heavy. I usually turn the speaker off though, it takes quite a bit of battery power and I usually play when other people are asleep.

What? Are you insane?! No vibration as apposed to 2 settings?! Don't get me wrong, 2 settings is prettty dang cool, but complaining that they didn't make a controller even heavier for the sake of a pretty useless feature is pretty dumb.

Its depth, thats the point of the speaker, when you shoot your claw shot in Zelda, when it shoots out first it sounds close, and is in the Wii Remote speaker, but when it gets farther away, it fads out of the Wii remote speakers and fads into the TV speakers, I think its a cool feature.
And about the rumble, sure, its only one motor, but its still rumble, its not a big conspet, if the Wii was like the other consoles, had 1080p graphics and a regular controler, and T-M rated games, the gameing industry would be kinda boring, and mostly 13-25 year old people would be gamers.

the speaker does "work" but the ability to play mp3's out of them would be kinda cool i think

It would be cool, I'm not sure there's enough room on them for songs, but it could become a possibilty, there are hackers working on using the WiiMote for stuff like this, I know it's pretty easy to get it hooked up to a cumputer, you just have to have a bluetooth adapter.
