Don't trade your Wii Stars for Wii Points... yet

The folks from Go Nintendo alerts all of us to the problem that in Europe (http://wii.qj.net/tags/europe/2311), trading Wii Stars for Wii VC Points (http://wii.qj.net/Turn-Stars-to-Wii-points-/pg/49/aid/81327) doesn't work yet. They say that the posting of this on Nintendo of Europe (http://wii.qj.net/tags/nintendo-of-europe/7541)'s website was an error and that things in their system are not working correctly. There is no word yet as to why this error has occurred.

Rest assured that we'll update you as soon as more information on the matter has been made available. So for now, keep your stars with you.

No problem. I hope they get the problem fixed quickly. Ive had stars for a little while and nothing to use them on. I want some Wii Points now!!!

Lol, yeah same here, and then, I got an email from Nintendo yesterday, and went on there, and was like :O omg, wii points........must get........and did and yeah, not working :|

It's the currency you use on the Wii Shop channel.
Yay! finally something I can spend those stars on (unlike Japan, where they can buy loads of cool stuff).
