Mike won't do this, because people can send him duff PS3's etc. and say they broke it. only ordered brand new.

It all depends how much you're willing to pay. Just like MattZani wrote, I usually will not accept such deals however if you`re willing to pay and sign a contract saying that I`m not liable for any damage done to the PS3 ... well you got yourself a deal.
