Here's one I made earlier with little...boxes for the XMB

Well, I'd post it but it's a 1080p wallpaper,

how do you set a walpaper?

same as psp, you find an image, or put an image on through portable storage, and in options for that specific photo, you select "Set As Wallpaper"

Then you can delete the image.

well first u need to update your system before you can set wallpaper backgrounds
