A good game for the ps2 would have to be Jet li rise to honour since i am a martial arts fan and a fan of Jet li and thought what an excellent game as well as samurai jack that was a great game i know a bit childish but its the actual fighting genre of the game about a man dressed in a robe weilding a samurai sword and not just any ordinary sword but a magic sword Lol.

But my favourite game series has to be metal gear solid.

Kingdom Hearts 2 is indeed out in Japan. My friend has an import and I refuse to play it with him until it comes out in the rest of the world.
