GTA4 Download on PC?

Ok, so maybe some of you guys heard about that extra downloadable content that will soon be avaible for GTA4 on the Xbox360 (The Lost& The Damned). So if you own GTA4 for the pc, can you download it on the pc? (I heard it was just for 360 only)

so far its only for the consol but i wouldn't doubt it going to pc as well.

Of course not, Microsoft probably paid Rockstar for the exclusivity like every other exclusive stuff related to M$.
