At a recent financial earning conference, EA CEO John Riccitiello said that the sequel to Mass Effect will be on "multiple platforms."
Now this doesn't mean that it will hit the PS3, it could just mean that they are going to release the 360 and PC versions at the same time, but this does give us PS3 owners something to hope in.
Am I the only one that is excited over the possibility of Mass Effect coming to the PS3?

If they made a point of saying multiple platforms I think a PS3 version isnt out of the question,
PC ports of successful XBOX exclusives are pretty much to be expected

Its also been noted that he also said with the economic crisis, a PS3 version of the game is a must.
I dont know but i think devs are seeing MS money isnt worth a whole lot anymore and Sony was right when they said third parties will be multi all the way through at one point. Last gen we didnt have the economic crisis, and PS2 was selling so well it didnt matter if it was multi, now both consoles sell well enough to make a great profit on both sides so why give up that much money?
Not to excited for mass effect... The first one just didn't thrill me gameplay/story-wise enough to warrant a sequel... just me though, I'm sure others out there disagree

I only got to play it for a few days, (rented it then my 360 died on me. -_-) but i found the gameplay and story interesting and fun. Although the combat at times was a little meh the side quests more than made up for it.
*Cough* Fallout 4 *Cough*
