Anyone else have an interest in cars? Personally most things car related is my favourite hobby. For example right now I'm fixing up my 2002 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8T, so I'm taking this opportunity to basically rebuild the whole engine.
Can anyone else relate?
Since I'm going to the auto show tomorrow, if anyone wants me to get a picture of a certain car, I can definitely do that. I'll probably end up posting a few.

If you happen to see a nice Mini Copper, Lambo, or Evo that would be cool.

My dad bought a 1941 Willys and basically took it apart and put it all back together again with a 900 HP motor. I helped some with it, and doing it really got me into cars. I went to a couple car shows with him, including an all corvette one, which was pretty neat.
If anyone wants to see a picture of the Willys now (still hasn't got a paint job on the outside), I can take a few and show you. It looks pretty neat.

There's some. Can only upload 3 at a time so it's a bit of a pain, but I'll get all of them eventually. Nothing too fancy yet but I'll get the rest of them uploaded sometime soon.

There was one. The crazy guys at RCTS brought the Supra they take down to the Lap of America races each year.

Oooh I hate that eclipse so very much. My brother had one, and while doing a few stupid things he blow the engine. But that isn't what bothers me, what bothers me is that him, a few of his friends, and me had to put four other engines in it before we got it working propriety again. Got the engines from a salvage yard but still. :/
Also, nice pictures Snakepit, and thanks fir the Evo ones. :P

the thing is with a turbo, they already have it modified to handle it. the reason i want a non-turbo is because it is easier to install a turbo that i want and it has no modifications to it whatsoever

Im a big show car person, ive helped a bunch of people do differnt things. I love working with engines alot, but doing inside stuff and what not is pretty addicting as the overall look of things come out amazing lol.
Right now i got myself an 86 Camaro im fixing up slowly. So far im fixing up the interior to make it look nice. From there im gonna work my way to the outside then whenever i have money i want to redo the engine and make it a beast.
I grew up with Chevelles so im always gonna love muscles cars. Dont really care for imports, Chevy engines are so much better than anything. Thats just my opinion so dont get mad lol. my favorite movie quote "You wont have that problem with a V8" :)
