Infamous pretty much guarenteed a 9+ from IGN

IGN has just posted that they will be putting up their review for Infamous
tomorrow morning at 9AM. This means a few things, but above all else,
it will be receiving a glowing review from a respected bastion of gaming.

The logic behind this is quite simple, the game is coming out on the 26th, the review will be a full 2 weeks earlier, publishers usually will allow journalism sites
to break the embargo dates if they are getting high praise, the last recent
example being with KILLZONE 2 which similarly received its review a full
2 weeks before launch.

Things are looking bright for inFamous, I hope this translates well into
sales , SUCKER PUNCH deserves it

Its actually true, im not gonna say what game did it but they stated that if its a moderate to low score they ask to post it later during the embargo date. If it was a higher score then it could go up a little early. So this could be good news for InFamous, can gurentee if it gets good review ill go pre order it tomorrow.

It's official - IGN gave InFamous an astounding 9.2 rating this morning:

Kind of expected it, since they've raved about the game since December and even built the "IGN InFamous Destination Hub" at http://infamous.ign.com, but still - WOW. 9.2 is MGS4/Uncharted territory... that's crazy solid.

I was sold on the game long before the official reviews started coming out - I got my preorder in like a month ago - but it's still nice to hear confirmation that the game IS as good as I'm expecting it to be. :)

Of course, the early demo helped with that too... MAN, I love this demo! I would have paid the $5 at Best Buy just for the demo ALONE, even without the preorder!
