IDK if it was confirmed fake or not but it is really neat! Its the same technology that card game for PSEye uses. GO SNAKE!

I think it was confirmed fake - someone discovered that cover was for an older issue from last January, plus the website doesn't work either. It's still a really sweet fake(or an awesome attempt at viral marketing).
