I know that the Red Faction Guerrilla is supposed to be out by now, but I can't find it on the PS store. Is it region locked?

I've been looking for it to, I heard there were some problems with it working so it may have
been yanked, best bet is to wait till thursday and make use of the single player to learn
the controls
