Well 9:30pm here will mark the beginning of the conference and I've got Pitchmen to watch before then (just came to Canada, 2 episodes have aired, even though Mays has been dead since the beginning of the summer), nothing like timing huh. If there is any release date coming for Gran Turismo 5, it's coming tonight.
Oh, and here's the link (http://www.ps3center.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6419&highlight=gran+turismo) to the contest thread, it's not appearing because no one has needed to post to it for over a month.

contest is still going on, like x racer said, if it isnt announced today we can pretty much throw any chance of it coming out this year out the door.

Who cares how many games are out then lol. God of War 3 is out in March, why they would possibly want to do that is completely beyond me...Just delay it to 2011 holiday...

TBH, I am not worried about the GT5 release date.. I'll wring Hirai's neck if he pushes back the release dates of GoW3 or Heavy Rain! What a disappointment...
Also GT5 tracks are disappointing. over 800 cars, including hybrid, electric, appollo space rocket, and what not, but only 20 courses ( yeah yeah 70 variations) to drive them in? that's imo stupid.
Some of GT's feature list seemed really good, but this game has be like the second coming of Christ to live up to all the hype. I mean, Gran Turismo is a name synonymous with quality, but when you have Turn 10 making 2 very high quality Forza games in less time than it took you to put out 1 game, there's something seriously wrong with that.
