Anyone remember Erik Estavillo?

Well just for a recap he was the ****ed off gamer who was banned from the PlayStation Network for being an idiot on Resistance: Fall of Man and then sued Sony for "violating" his First Amendment Rights and for causing him pain since the PlayStation Network was his only method of "interaction" with people. Well apparently as reported by GamePolitics (http://gamepolitics.com/2009/10/01/judge-able-resist-psn-lawsuit), a judge disagrees and has thrown the case out of court, although this was to be expected. Anyway good on the justice system for throwing a frivolous case out for once.

Well the story isn't done and finished yet, rather unsurprisingly (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/10/27/banned-psn-player-appeals-court-decision-sues-sony-again-for-1/) Estavillo has filed an appeal and another 180k lawsuit only this one is a civil lawsuit. Not that he is going to win, he is still representing himself.

The thing is, him doing this is kinda hurting his own argument lol. He has trouble communicating with others and doesnt like being in crowded places, yet he has no problem representing himself in court lol.

If I was the judge id just say "Its a privelage, you were a douch, the privelage was removed. End of story. *Slam the ban hammer*"

honestly the guy should admit that what he did was bad and just face the fact.

Sony doesn't have to give us this service because we're not giving them money for online services so he's not entitled to play online

Yeah, that's going to happen, after losing two lawsuits to Sony, you think he would stop, but no but now he has new targets (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/11/20/banned-psn-player-sues-nintendo-and-microsoft/), Microsoft and Nintendo, from Microsoft he seeks $75,000 for "undue stress" and "sadness" because his 360 got the RROD and Nintendo is being sued because they blocked The Homebrew Channel which interfered with his "pursuit of happiness". This guy really has no self-respect, or brain cells, I'm not sure which is the better explanation.

Im gonna sue Sony for making me do my homework late. My "addiction" to PS3 caused me to keep pushing off my homework as I have no self control at all, so it became late and now I must make it up.

Im also taking shots at Microsoft for making me hate Halo. The first one was a good game, but their continuous milking made me hate it and made Bungie look bad.

anyone help me? No? Damn...guess ill have to represent myself.
