Naughty Dog references old 'Cloud' trademark

Remember a while back Sony patented the phrase 'playstation cloud' or something to that effect?

Well naughty dog may have just let another future update slip by referencing
'the cloud' a few times in one of their uncharted videos, I havent dabbled in
to much of the cinema modes of uncharted but some of the functionality
mentioned around the 3:30 mark sounds like it is stuff that is coming down
the pipeline, watcha think?

I still think the old fake woulda been nice

Ahhh..interesting. Maybe the cloud is something that enables twitter/facebook/etc integration. Like a service that the PS API can tie into. Naughty Dog are testing it as part of Uncharted 2 with a twitter feed. *Speculation On* Maybe eventually you will just configure this as part of your account settings and you can feed it to wherever you like. I think the idea is I am sitting around and I see my friend just got Trophy 'X' and is now further along in the game than I am, so I jump in and try to beat him.

I think it would be cool if PS3 had an overall Twitter feed like Uncharted. You boot up a game and it will feed it to twitter etc...Have it work alongside the Cloud because Cloud will only be PS3 users.

I think with the console price point of $299.99 9 (notice I don't say slim, because I don't agree with it) and titiles like UnCharted 2, Ratchet and Clank, GOWI and GOWII re-release, the multi-plat games coming out it appears Sony is on a big roll well into the beginning of next year. If they could get "cloud" up and going sometime in the next 3-4 months. Sony will be kicking the competion while it's down. I like where this cloud thing is heading.

Its like Sony has been spending the past 2 or 3 years planning for whats happening now. If MS didnt bum rush the 360 to development, I personally could see Sony holding out a year or two for PS3 release. Just so happens they were capable of developing it while the console was on the market, while it too ALOT of heat early on, look at all the praise its getting now.

Think about it...How many great games? How many amazing features have been added? How Sony's support drasticly changed...

Of course its just a theory thats fun to think about, but honestly if PS3 released tomorrow for the very first time. Killzone 2, Resistance, LBP, etc...all the features it has right off the bat, at the low price point and Sonys new marketing...PS3 would be selling like Wii's. ... oh wait according to the latest new numbers its selling better than wii haha.
