No they use Solid to sell the Rising name, when its sold they no longer need the Solid name. Like Call of Duty, they used COD to sell Modern Warfare and now they took out COD and its just Modern Warfare cus it can sell on it own.

well ok i guess that makes sense cuz if the first one was just called modern warfare it prob would NOT have sold as well i can accept that i guess
