it may be your NAT type has switched to strict, sometimes mine goes from open to moderate itself, but its probably a little error it hppend to me before and i just played something else and went back a few hours later and it worked :) it could also be a low signal strength, but if its nothing obvious just wait a few hours and it should be fine :)
