MGS Collection - $20

Hey chaps, amazon.com is running an amazing deal right now where you can
nab Metal Gear Solid 1 through 3 for $20, thats about $6.67 a game!

I have that collection, pretty good deal although I got mine used at Futureshop, and paid for it, the MGS 2 case just contained a duplicate copy of MGS 3 so I then had to go out and buy MGS 2 separately since I hadn't opened it till past the 30 days, was too busy with other games. Ended up getting that used but it only cost me $5 at EB Games. Was the one and only time I'm ever using Futureshop for used games.

Oh I still shop there, my next laptop is coming from there mainly because Staples and Wal-Mart's selection sucks for what I'm looking, there isn't a Best Buy nearby (and Best Buy and Futureshop are owned by the same company here) and Costco won't let me use my Visa card or the Mastercard I have access to, has to be blasted American Express which no one else really accepts up here let alone has. I just refuse to buy used games there, I still even buy some of my new games there since they are sealed in factory plastic, not much they can screw up there.

Then again even gamestop can screw up new game sales...Got COD4 there NEW and for some reason it was already open and the manual was all screwed up. I told the guy "no i want a new copy" and he said some bs about how gamestop needs to open all their games now so people dont jack them. I know it was a lie but didnt feel like arguing with him.

i am pretty sure i have heard of people tht work there taking the games home and playing them then bringing them back adn selling them as new

Good find. It was a deal at $30.00 but I've been waiting to if a price drop would happen. Mine will be in my hands on Monday.

That's an epic buy!
I only have 3 & 4 and my copy of 3 is all messed up (not my doing, it was a friend of mines and he game me that game as collateral for something else, gameplay works perfect but the second half of the game's cutscenes freeze and I have to restart). I deff. need to grab that up.
