Who will upgrade to PSN+?

Well, I figure I already pay for XBL might as well get a PSN+ subscription.

From what they have said, its basically just Qore ... which isnt worth paying for at all.

I mean unless they transition the entire PSN into something better I wont. I mean better functionality, better mix with the XMB and community, better visual effects...etc. Sure i never supported Xbox Live, but they have it set up nicely to suit a monthly fee. PSN as it is, not worth paying for.

In a way it's worse than Qore because as far as I remember, when you got something for free on Qore, it was yours, no oh it's only yours while you keep a subscription going. Plus Sony has a poor offering in terms of free content in my view mainly because most of it I already own (at least for the first month) and all these supposed discounts won't do you much good if you don't have the budget to buy things on impulse.

Plus I've already got too big a backlog of games to purchase (Naughty Bear, ModNation Racers, Red Dead Redemption, Split/Second, 3D Dot Game Heroes) to be wasting $50 on a subscription I will get very little out of in the end, although who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and win that free games for a year contest GameStop is holding or win the Lotto Max jackpot, then maybe I would consider a subscription, along with a few other things.

if we sign up for playstaion plus, does all the other accounts on my ps3 have a playstaion plus subscription also?

I signed up for it yesterday afternoon. So far, I don't like a Plus.....

To answer above, no only the account at which you bought Plus gets it. Other accounts do not.
