Experience! Playstation is a popular Japanese convention held at Tokyo towards the end of the year, every year. This is the event where SCEJ shows of all the major PlayStation titles being released before the end of the year. Sony's line up for the expo has just been announced. Released titles like Way Of The Samurai 3, Gran Turismo 5: Prolouge Spec III, and Winning Eleven 2009 will be shown along with unreleased titles due out over the course of the next month, such as Locoroco 2 and Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2.
Whats peculiar about the line up is that White Knight Chronicles will not be at the showing. With less than a month until it's Japanese release and all the marketing SCEJ has put behind the title, its startling that the title won't be playable at the event. Could LEVEL-5's highly anticipated exclusive be in for a delay?
Though no word has come from either SCEJ or LEVEL-5, White Knight's absence from the show would seem to indicate that.
UPDATE: It's been brought to our attention that LEVEL-5 is having it's own event seperately later in December, which may be why it won't be at Experience! PlayStation. Still, it begs the question - this is one of Sony's biggest consumer conventions, why wouldn't they show it at both? |
