Everyone is expecting great things from Guerilla Game's highly anticipated Killzone 2.  Apparently, even Guerilla is expecting the game to be a smash hit.  An unnamed employee even stated recently that they expect "to see sales as good as Metal Gear Solid 4 if not beyond it".

Metal Gear Solid 4 has been the PS3's best selling exclusive title, moving 1.5 million copies it's opening week, and selling 4 million copies to date.  These are big shoes to fill, but if any game can do it, it's definitely Killzone 2.

Killzone 2 is a PS3 exclusive first person shooter.  It's due out February 27 in the US.
