You have heard it a thousands times by now, Killzone 2 is Sony's most hyped exclusive that couldn't have more pressure put on it to do well. With the game releasing on Friday, many are left wondering if it lived up to expectations and how thankful Sony really is. We will have our own impressions on how well the game did here soon, but we also bring you some other good news.

According to Vgchartz the game has already sold well over 750 thousand units. The title sold faster than both Metal Gear Solid 4 and Grand Theft Auto 4 becoming the fastest selling title on PS3 to date. The bad news here is that the game doesn't seem to be moving consoles just yet as retailers report moderate movement of the systems.

In other news, Killzone 2 has already topped the UK charts at number 1 all weekend. The 360 exclusive Halo Wars came in a distant second and Capcom's Street Fighter 4 fell to third even after the thriving sales. With high pre-orders, good news out of both regions, and very good reviews things are looking good so far!
