Warhawk.com is and excelent website to keep track of your status, ranks, points, and other things relating to your game achievements. More and more we see this used for various games like Killzone, Resistance, and others. Recently PlayStation.com added trophy support to the website making it more useful for players away from their PS3.
Today Dylan Jobe, Studio Director of Incognito, tells everyone on the PlayStation.Blog that there is a way your community site can support warhawk stats. "We now provide you guys with the full, and raw data stream from our stats database - not just awards and medals! Every game, every clan, every player, every kill. All of this data is delivered via XML so it’s very easy to Web 2.0-ify a community website," says Dylan. The content will be delivered in raw data stream of all database.

If you want your community site to support Warhawk stats and have access to the Warahwk global XML feed, all you need to do is log in to the Warhawk forums and post your info. And that is it, you are done and ready to support Warhawk on your own site. Dylan hopes that other games (I'm looking at you MGS4, Resistance, Killzone 2) adopt this great way of sharing the feed of the gaming status - makes you hope you can get your hands on some PS3 Trophies data now that PlayStation.com is supporting it.

Many communities believe this is a great way to expand on any game's fanbase; it is also a great way to get your "bragging rights" just about anywhere. Hope to see more games supporting this type of relation with their community. |
