Flower floored the gaming community earlier this year, taking gamers on an emotional ride that few games ever do.  So what's next for ThatGameCompany, the Santa Monica-based studio behind the innovative PSN title?  The developer's creative designer, the 27 year old Jenova Chen, recently dropped some hints to what their next game just may be. 

"If we did a sequel, it would have to be something new. That's why it's easier just to do a totally new game." Chen said in a recent interview, explaining why he wouldn't do a direct sequel to Flower.  He continued "This new game is slightly larger and more of a challenge.  The game concept is big.  It's risky."

ThatGameCompany is currently locked into a 3 game partnership with Sony, with their newest title being the third and final game of the contract.  The studio also put out the exclusive PSN titles flOw and Flower.
