Quick update on Prototype. I received the game for review today and just popped it in. I was aware of the install issue (which I reported on earlier last week) and was prepared to do some magic to get things running. It turns out I didn't have to as the moment the disc ran it infomed me of an update to 1.01 and auto downloaded it. After that, I installed without a problem.

So although to my knowledge, there hasn't been an official announcement of the availability of a patch, there is one.
