The studio director, art director and producer of Sony Online Entertainment have left to co-found Detonator Games. Detonator Games was formed at the start of the month by Matt Wilson, Corey Dangle and John Smith.
Sony Online Entertainment have been working on the PS3 console exclusive MMO, The Agency, so it is unknown how the development of the title has been affected by the loss of these key staff. Sony Online Entertainment however says that the development of the game is unaffected by this loss.
The new company was formed to "bring the best of social entertainment to the emerging world of mobile and social networks" says its official site. |
