Quantic Dream is set to reveal a new character from their upcoming psychological thriller, Heavy Rain, at GamesCom.  So far, two of the game's four protagonists have been introduced, with the remaining two to be unveiled at the left over major game conventions scheduled for this year.  Quantic first showed the game at the Leipzig Games Convention last year, introducing the first character, journalist Madison Paige.  At E3, Heavy Rain's second character, FBI investigator Norman Jayden, made his debut.  The two left overs are currently scheduled to appear at GamesCom and then Tokyo Game Show.

David Cage, founder of the Paris-based developer, first mentioned the character introduction strategy during a post-E3 interview with Kikizo, and we've recently confirmed it to still be in place with a Sony PR representitive.  GamesCom is set to take place in a bit under 2 weeks, from August 19-23.  Stay tuned then for the third characters coming out party!

Heavy Rain is a psychological thriller, developed by Quantic Dream.  The game is set to hit the PS3 exclusively in early 2010.
