Coinciding with the GamsCom event last month, Capcom released a demo for their upcoming third person shooter, Lost Planet 2.  The demo featured an awesome segment where you and 3 others teamed up to take down a massive lizard-like AK.  There was only one problem - Capcom neglected to release the demo on the PS3.

Well, that will all change next week, when PS3 owners will be able to go hands on, without having to go all the way to TGS. Capcom Japan announced earlier today that the demo will be hitting the PSN next week, on September 24.  The demo will also be hitting the US PSN store the same day.

If you haven't gotten a chance to play the demo yet, you're in for a treat.  You'll never think about a lizard's rectum the same way again...

Lost Planet 2 is due out sometime in the upcoming winter quarter, for the PS3 and XBox 360.
