Yes I'm bringing it up again because its an interesting note. The GTA content is exclusive to Xbox, obviously, but this could very well be timed for sure. In a recent interview with my local radio station with "Cousin Ed & Dima" from Rockstar, they suggest the content is definitely just a timed deal.

Luckily the station is a bunch of PS3 fanboys (claps) and they were nagging them the whole time on why the content isn't on PS3. After a few minutes this was Rockstar's reply:

"I don't know entirely what I can talk about, but it's on Xbox. Microsoft came to us and said 'hey here is some money if you can bring the content to us FIRST"

Noting he said "first" and not "only," the host then continued; "So it's just first, in other words we could still see it without buying the console with bricks for controllers?"

Rockstar noted that it is indeed possible, but they can't talk about it right now as it's only Xbox. He finished with "Yes I own a PS3 too and would love to see the content on PS3 eventually, but it's not up to me." Along with this the host had even more questions and asked, "So whats after this for you guys? When is GTA 5?"

The response, "There is an email cirulating around the company that GTA 5 development will start soon, but it's not official just yet. Again something that isn't in my control."

So I got enjoyment out of it for two reasons. First being I've never heard fanboys argue over the radio before (the other hosts love Xbox) and when Rockstar guys started talking, the PS3 side won. Second they are still hinting that the GTA content will make its way to PS3, so if you guys keep your fingers crossed maybe it will happen eventually, and GTA 5 of course. Sorry they didn't mention anything about Agent, he started to go in that direction, but stopped with Red Dead Redemption.

Being it is just a radio station interview and he kept saying that he doesn't know a whole lot, take this information with a grain of salt and solely as a rumor. Nothing more, nothing less. If the interview goes on the internet, I'll be sure to keep you guys posted. We will email Rockstar for confirmation and/or further details.
