Posted on November 10, 2009 by Nick

As usual, both the Wed Bush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter and EEDAR have released their Amercian sales data projections for the month of October, a few days ahead of the NPD release.   EEDAR expects Uncharted 2 to be the top selling game in the US  for the month October, selling 600,000 copies.  EEDAR also expects Borderlands to post 300,000 copies and Brutal Legend to shift 200,000, it's unknown if thats across 2 platforms or one.  Ratchet, DJ Hero, and Forza are also predicted to make the top 10.

Both EEDAR and Michael Pachter see the Wii coming in on top in October, after the PS3 dethroned Nintendo's console last month.  EEDAR sees the Wii moving 635,000 consoles, with the PS3 beating out the 360 320,000 to 280,000.  Pacther slates the Wii at 550,000, with the PS3 at 380,000 and the 360 at 340K.

The official NPD data will go live this Thursday, around 6:30 PM EST.
