So you just got your hands on what could possibly be the coolest game this year, but there is a problem. You spend hours in line, freezing, just so you can get home and play the game and earn your tophies. You start playing but nothing is happening! Where are my trophies!

Well its a known issue with the game and Infinity Ward is already aware of it and is putting together a patch as we speak. Some people have "fixed" it by deleting the mandatory update, skipping it, and starting a new game, but its still not working correctly. This makes the trophy list appear, but you still will not be earning your trophies like you are supposed to.

Robet Bowling had this to say in regards to the fix

"Thanks for the feedback from PS3 players we already have a patch in the wings for release. Trophy update asap. Party invite update by Friday"

So its nice to see them on top of their game this fast and keeping the support of both PS3 and Xbox players at hand. The party patch is supposed to fix the issues that people are having by inviting their friends to games via PSN.
