Ubisoft has just sent out a press release regarding their sales figures, and turns out they didn't meet the expectations they needed. They noted that poor sales on some titles behalf, failed projects, and their focus on the DS market caused the problems. With that in mind they noted that the focus is now on the PS3 and 360 market. Their "revision" of growth are nearly cut in half.
So what are they doing to fix it? Make a kick ass 2010-2011 lineup, thats what! The bad news (well for 360 gamers thus far) is Splinter Cell has been delayed. The good news? A new Assassins Creed "Episode" will be coming out this year, and it will include online play. The second of the series saw a growth of over 40 percent in sales. It says "a new Assassins Creed will be released this year" but I'm assuming he means another DLC episode, we will try to clear it up for you guys.
Other titles heading out way are
-Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
-Driver
-Prince of Persia the Forgotten Sands
