Gran Turismo 5 is one of those ace games which Sony will have in its deck in this next-generation with the PlayStation 3. It is one game which absolutely nobody will be able to compete with for racing, detal, and realism.

News comes out in small and minute details on this one with the latest coming from Kazunori Yamauchi. Yamauchi stated and confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 is going to feature a completly new Cockpit View. This will allow the gamer to be able to see just about anywhere in the car adding detail and realism to every car that is included in the game.

Sony released the downloadable Gran Turismo HD right before Christmas to much fanfare and appreciation of fans of the series but it was not enough to satisfy. Everyone is waiting for the next-generation Gran Turismo on the PlayStation 3.

Polyphony Digital is hard at work as always on the next iteration in the classic series and it should prove to be a masterpiece whenever it is finished, just have patience, it is always worth it!
