Ubisoft has released information in regards to its upcoming sequel to the PS3 and Xbox 360’s WWII airplane shooter Blazing Angels.

Ubisoft has revealed that Blazing Angels: Secret Missions will be headed to the PS3 and the Xbox 360 for a simultaneous release on August 31st.

This is a very strategic and intelligent release date on the part of Ubisoft as it will allow them to get there game out before the holiday rush which will see big releases on both the PS3 and Xbox 360 with the likes of games such as LAIR and Ace Combat 6.

The Blazing Angels sequel, Secret Missions, is set in World War II once again but your pilot will be driving experimental technology. No tellingw hat exactly that means but the game is being built on a brand new game engine.

There will also be new multiplayer modes such as Capture the Flag and Epic Battle.
