New leaked images seem to show a top loading PS3 Super slim console that is likely to be revealed at next month's GamesCom. The images show a fully manufactured console, complete with embedded PS3 lettering.
According to the rumors, there will be a 16GB, 250GB and 500GB console available when the new slim launches. The 16GB will be the basic flash storage on the low-end SKU. The new console also features a top-loading drive, with the cover appearing to slide across to the left.
Whilst this is console will be slimmer than the current PS3, don't expect it to be anywhere near as small as a PSTwo or PSOne, mainly because Sony have opted to keep the power supply within the console. A GamesCom announcement is expected in August, but Sony have yet to confirm or deny anything regarding the new model.
