If you look closely at the DualShock 4 you can see how the touch-pad is clearly a separate piece and rightly so, as that would be the best way to manufacture it, but we at PS3Center are starting to consider whether or not you could remove the touch-pad altogether and potentially replace it with a touch screen or a keypad in the future.

And even when inspected from the top, the upper portion of the touch-pad is needlessly rounded, and the form factor indicates it could in fact be a hinge. Again, this could reveal a screen or hidden ports or buttons inside, possibly something else.

Obviously this is all speculation, but Sony did say that this concept was still not completely finalized and some changes were likely to occur at the launch of the console. Do you think we have something here? Or we just dreaming? |
