GameSpy has reported from the Leipzip, Germany Games Convention that Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 from Konami is shaping up much better on the PS3 compared to the Xbox 360.

They stated that PES 2008 feels and runs a "little more fluid" on the PS3 compared to the Xbox 360.

It was also reported from the Games Convention that Konami has clearly been able to "squeeze more out of the PS3’s hardware." The Xbox 360 version is reportedly only a little superior over last year’s version of Pro Evolution Soccer.

It seems that thus far the PS3 will be receiving the top version of Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 when it launches.

They stated that "The Xbox 360 version seems to build upon last year’s game in a few positive ways, although we’re more impressed with what the Konami team has managed to squeeze out of the PlayStation 3’s hardware, where we saw much more of the promised animations in play."
