The rumors have been circulating for over a year now that the game would be heading to the Xbox 360 as well as the PS3, and would likely release 12 to 14 months after the PS3 version releases in June.

Konami has killed rumors though as a rep stated "For the record, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is a PlayStation 3 exclusive and there are no plans to develop an Xbox 360 version of the game."

This is a very clear statement as it says very bluntly that they apparently have no plans on bringing the game to the Xbox 360.
